DESCRIPTION An **INDUSTRIAL** company in the **FOOD** sector requires a **QUALITY MANAGER** to join its workplace located in the Barbanza area. **OFFERED:** * NEGOTIABLE SALARY, based on candidate’s qualifications. * INDEFINITE-TERM CONTRACT. * Working hours from Monday to Friday on rotating shifts, with one afternoon shift per week out of every seven, according to production planning. * When production occurs on Saturdays, one Saturday out of every four must be worked. * Availability and flexible working hours are required to meet occasional job-related needs. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead the **QUALITY**, **FOOD SAFETY**, and environmental areas. * Manage communications with **SUPPLIERS** and **CUSTOMERS**. * Evaluate and **APPROVE** suppliers. * Manage and **ANALYZE** incidents. * Conduct product **INSPECTIONS**. * Manage **SANITARY RECORDS**. * Manage certification **AUDITS**. REQUIREMENTS * Education in **FOOD ENGINEERING**, **BIOLOGY**, Bachelor’s Degree in **FOOD SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY**, or equivalent. * **EXPERIENCE** performing similar duties in the **FOOD** sector. * Experience managing quality certifications (**IFS**, among others). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Residence in the Barbanza area and/or willingness to relocate.
