Position Summary: Responsible for receiving, preparing, displaying, and conducting quality control of fruits and vegetables in the Ultra-Fresh department, ensuring product freshness and optimal presentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the freshness and quality of fruits and vegetables. 2. Prepare and display products to guarantee optimal presentation. 3. Monitor stock levels and manage shrinkage in the department. As part of the Ultra-Fresh department team—led by the Department Manager—your responsibilities will include: * Receiving goods while ensuring freshness and adherence to incoming quality standards for fruits and vegetables. * Preparing and displaying fruits, vegetables, and other department products, ensuring quality, correct quantities, and optimal presentation. * Performing yield calculations, performance assessments, shrinkage analyses, etc. * Monitoring existing stock levels to support the Department Manager in conducting inventories and placing orders, thereby ensuring adequate stock levels and product variety. * Inspecting and removing products that fail to meet required freshness standards. * Cleaning, organizing, and supervising department tools, equipment, and facilities.
