ELECTRICAL COMMISSIONING SUPERVISOR (PEM)

Oxigent Technologies is seeking an **Electrical PEM / Commissioning Supervisor** to join an international commissioning project for an energy plant located in **Heilbronn, Germany.** If selected, **your mission will be to lead the commissioning of the plant’s electrical systems, ensuring proper execution of tests, equipment energization, and coordination among all involved parties** during the commissioning phase. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Prepare and execute **test sheets**, verifying **wiring, continuity, insulation, and electrical protections**. * Perform **control parameter tuning**, as well as no-load and loaded tests on electric motors. * Supervise **signal exchange tests with the DCS**, both under normal operation and emergency conditions. * Lead the **first energization**, **first synchronization**, and **Grid Compliance tests**. * **Identify and resolve issues** related to electrical system programming and field connections. * Coordinate and supervise the work of **subcontractors and suppliers**, performing technical and administrative follow-up of tasks. * Participate in final system tests and collaborate in the **training of plant operators**. **What qualifications do you need?** * Technical degree or **Electrical Engineering qualification** (or equivalent experience in the sector). * **Minimum 5 years of experience** in similar roles. * Experience in **commissioning of electrical systems**, motors, turbines, variable frequency drives, and signal testing with **DCS**. * Experience in **power plants** or **industrial process plants** with high-voltage systems. * Knowledge of **electrical protections, circuit breakers, power electronics, and control systems**. * **Fluent English required.** * **German is desirable.** * Strong **leadership skills**, ability to organize on-site teams, problem-solving capabilities, and communication with multidisciplinary teams. * Availability to work **onsite in Germany.** **What do we offer?** * **Freelance engagement.** * **Freelance rate: 50\-80 € per hour.** * **Onsite model in Germany.** * **International project** at a highly significant energy plant. **Join the Oxigent team!** A company committed to **sustainability** and **equal opportunities**, where **talent and technology** know no gender. * Location: Spain \- Basque Country \- To be specified * Date: 24/07/2026 * Salary: NON 60,000 * Employment Type: Employee
