In the era of post\-digital transformation, we strive to enable each of our 28\.000 professionals to continuously renew themselves.* *Each professional can design their own career path according to their preferences, collaborate with clients to practically build a more positive world, innovate across all 27 countries, and balance their professional career with personal well\-being.* *Our 28\.000 digital athletes are proud to have been certified as Top Employer Europe 2024\.* **Job Description** We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to participate in initiatives within the Bilbao area; this role includes: * Leading the implementation of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds) **for international clients**. * Gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, and coordinating custom development. * Acting as the functional and technical point of contact for the client. * Facilitating workshops, demos, and training sessions. * Ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and timely delivery of deliverables. **Requirements** * \+6 years of experience in Salesforce consulting. * Salesforce Administrator certification and at least two advanced certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant). * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Direct client interaction in complex environments. * Experience leading projects or teams, including backlog creation for the team. * Strong communication and client management skills. * Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** **What can we offer you?** ‍* ️ You will join a large team of professionals curious and motivated by development and programming. * You will work full\-time with flexible hours under a 100% remote work model. ️ 22 vacation days \+ 2 personal days. ‍ Company\-provided training to support your continued development and promotion within the personalized career plan designed for you.
