




Position Summary: Coordinate the planning, control, and management of branch operations, ensuring their proper functioning and service quality. Key Highlights: 1. We manufacture and supply medical gases; we develop, install, maintain equipment, and propose essential solutions for their proper use. In addition, we have a large team of experts and professionals who have an in\-depth knowledge of our customers' needs. **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?** By managing the planning, control, and management of branch operations, ensuring their proper functioning through logistics control, maintenance control of patient equipment, stock and warehouse control, fleet management of vehicles, control of technological equipment assigned to healthcare personnel or installers, and supervision of compliance with procedures and safety regulations by staff under your responsibility. To achieve this, your responsibilities will include: * Planning, controlling, and managing branch operations, ensuring their proper functioning. * Guaranteeing the service quality delivered to branch patients, in coordination with all process stakeholders at the branch level. * Coordinating activities carried out by home visit routes, consultations (Inspira Points), and telephone follow-ups. * Stock, warehouse, and storage management. * Fleet management of branch vehicles. * Supporting the administrative activities of the center coordinated by the Regional Operations Manager or Branch Director. * Providing and arranging necessary materials for patient care. * Monitoring and managing reports and KPIs. * Compliance with workplace tool usage regulations. * Supervising staff under your responsibility to ensure compliance with safety regulations and work procedures. **Are you a MATCH?** Education: You will be the candidate if you hold a university degree and/or higher vocational training qualification (degree certificate required). Experience: Proven experience in team management (team of more than 5 people) is essential. Other competencies: Strong adaptability to change, commitment to internal/external customers, and leadership skills. Desirable: Focus on continuous improvement, Lean methodologies.
