An expanding ophthalmology clinic seeks to hire an **Optometrist** to join a growing, multidisciplinary team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Direct support to the ophthalmology team. * Refraction and comprehensive optometric examination. * Conducting complementary tests: OCT, perimetry, optical coherence tomography (OCT), biometry, pachymetry. * Calculation of intraocular lens (IOL) powers. * Participation in diagnostic and pre-surgical processes. **Desired Profile:** * Prior experience is valued but not mandatory. * Special emphasis will be placed on **motivation for professional growth and development**. * Interest in continuous learning and teamwork. **Employment Conditions:** * Weekly schedule of **36 hours**. * Working hours: * Monday to Friday: **9:00–13:00** * Monday to Thursday: **16:00–20:00** * **Friday afternoons off** * Salary: **€2,000 net per month** (12 payments per year). * Bonuses linked to surgical activity. * **Professional development opportunities and continuous learning provided by the clinic**. * Support for continuing education. **We Offer:** * Joining an established and rapidly expanding clinic. * Job stability and a positive work environment. * Ongoing training and genuine opportunities for professional growth.
