




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Technician Level 1 to manage incidents, respond to user requests, and participate in technological evolution projects. Key Highlights: 1. Salary commensurate with the candidate's potential ###### **We need to incorporate a person into our Technology Department who will be responsible for providing Level 1 IT support to our clients in BARCELONA.****\+****\-** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical diploma, higher technical diploma, engineer, technical engineer, bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent * Minimum 2 years of experience in a user support center, Help Desk, or performing field technician tasks * Mandatory experience in user support * Familiarity with creating and managing incidents using ticketing tools * Good command of English * Experience with the following technology stack: + Microsoft 365 + Network resources and services: DNS, DHCP + On-premises Active Directory and Azure AD + On-premises and Online Microsoft Exchange + Microsoft Operating Systems * This position is **on-site in Barcelona (with the possibility of remote work days after the training/adaptation period)**; therefore, candidates must reside in the area and be available for on-site work * The selected candidate must be responsible, solution-oriented, user-focused, and a team player **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Creating, tracking, and resolving incidents using ticketing tools * Handling requests for user creation, device setup, access provisioning, user workstation management, etc. * Resolving Level 1 hardware, email, OS, and related incidents * Maintaining devices, performing software updates, etc. * Participating in technological evolution projects, migrations, etc., as required **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Ability to communicate in additional languages (English, French, Portuguese) * Knowledge and experience with Citrix – CEM (Citrix Endpoint Management) – DaaS (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service) **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We need to incorporate a person into our Technology Department who will be responsible for providing Level 1 IT support to our clients in BARCELONA.
