Job Summary: We are seeking tractor operators to perform mechanized agricultural tasks, safely and efficiently operating tractors and agricultural machinery, ensuring equipment remains in good condition and agricultural practices are properly followed. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operating mobile agricultural machinery 2. Performing various agricultural tasks (plowing, sowing, harvesting) 3. We seek tractor operators to carry out mechanized agricultural tasks through the safe and efficient operation of tractors and agricultural machinery according to the technical crop plan, ensuring equipment remains in good condition and established agricultural practices are complied with. An indefinite-term contract is offered. \- Operating mobile agricultural machinery. \- Performing tasks such as plowing, subsoiling, leveling, sowing, applying fertilizers and phytosanitary products, clearing vegetation, or harvesting. \- Preparing and inspecting machinery before use. \- Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and occupational safety standards. * Experience: 1 year. Prior experience in operating agricultural machinery is required, along with an Advanced-level Phytosanitary Applicator License. * Competencies / Knowledge: Advanced-level Phytosanitary Applicator License * Driving License: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1850' to '2150' * Other relevant information: Weekend work is required during the harvest season
