Your role will be critical in ensuring that SEIDOR professionals across more than 45 countries have secure, standardized, and high-performance workstations—both on physical devices and virtual desktops. You will work closely and collaboratively with the **Identity, M365, and Workplace IT** teams, contributing to the continuous evolution of the corporate workplace environment. Hybrid – Barcelona **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- Your main responsibilities will include: * Managing the Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager platform, including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration, application deployment, and patch management. * Designing, maintaining, and evolving the Windows 11 corporate image using Windows Autopilot and Windows Update for Business. * Administering and operating Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, ensuring their availability, performance, and security. * Providing Level 2 technical support for endpoint and Virtual Desktop incidents via ServiceNow, escalating to Level 3 when required. * Collaborating with the Identity & Access team on integrating Conditional Access policies and device compliance within Entra ID. * Monitoring endpoint security using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and coordinating vulnerability management with Tenable. * Documenting architectures, operational procedures, and runbooks, and participating in evaluating new capabilities aligned with the IT Systems Plan. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * **Education:** Technical Vocational Training (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in technical fields. * **Languages:** Advanced English proficiency. * **Experience:** Minimum 4 years of demonstrable experience managing and administering Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (MEM). * **Knowledge and experience in:** + Software distribution and packaging: familiarity with formats and tools such as MSI, MSIX, Intune Win, and packaging environments (InstallShield, Flexera AdminStudio, or similar). + System lifecycle administration, creation and maintenance of corporate images, Windows Autopilot, and Windows Update for Business (WUfB). + Scripting and automation: proficient use of PowerShell (mandatory) and working knowledge of Python for administrative and automation tasks. + Endpoint security: basic handling of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, including policy configuration and alert review. + Networking: general knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, and proxies, oriented toward resolving incidents in corporate environments. #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team.** We respect the differences that make us more human. * **Team spirit.** We work collaboratively and learn from one another. * **Flexibility and work-life balance.** Remote work is in our DNA.
