WITH A DISABILITY CERTIFICATE OF 33% OR HIGHER Contract: INDEFINITE Full-time Working hours: 8:00–17:00, hybrid mode (on-site and remote work) Salary: €4,285 gross per month, paid in 14 installments Essential requirement: UNIVERSITY DEGREE OR BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN LAW Desirable: Master’s degree in labor law, corporate legal advisory, or compliance Minimum 10–15 years of experience in similar roles within international industrial environments Languages: ENGLISH C1 Driving license and personal vehicle recommended for access Ensure the company’s global legal compliance, guarantee regulatory alignment of the international group to which it belongs, and manage labor relations with workers’ legal representatives, including occupational risk prevention. Collaborate with Management in strategic and operational decision-making by providing appropriate business solutions, ensuring a balance between legal rigor and organizational operations. * 10 years of experience.
