As a Creative Heroes Trainer, your mission will be to equip students with practical skills in applying artificial intelligence to creativity, ensuring each session blends learning, experimentation, and real-world application. This role involves leading the training experience in the classroom, coordinating with the technical support team, and guaranteeing every student receives a high-quality experience aligned with Learning Heroes’ values and approach. **What You’ll Do (or, better yet, What You’ll Enjoy)****INHOUSE TRAINER SPECIALIST*** **Content Development:** Create and update teaching materials, ensuring relevance and alignment with the latest technological trends. * **Training Delivery:** Conduct live or pre-recorded sessions that deliver an interactive and meaningful learning experience. * **Learning Assessment:** Design and administer assessments to measure student progress and provide constructive feedback. * **Active Participation:** Collaborate with other trainers and departments to optimize training programs. * **Student Support:** Promptly and effectively resolve student questions, fostering a positive and transformative educational experience. **TECH SUPPORT MANAGER*** Lead, motivate, and supervise the technical support team. * Evaluate team performance and organize trainings to ensure quality service delivery. * Manage task assignments and ensure timely, accurate responses to students. * Resolve advanced technical queries regarding Artificial Intelligence, creativity, and related topics. * Establish and oversee student support protocols to maintain consistency and excellence. * Identify improvements in support processes and tools, implementing innovative solutions. * Collaborate with key departments (training, operations, marketing) to ensure content and product updates remain coherent. * Produce regular reports on support metrics and actively participate in strategic meetings.
