Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to ensure efficiency and quality in paper finishing and adhesive manufacturing processes, supervising operations and optimizing workflows. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure maximum efficiency and quality in finishing and adhesive processes 2. Supervise processes such as gluing, watermarking, embossing, or rewinding 3. Optimize workflow through technical information analysis We seek a technically skilled individual to manage paper finishing and adhesive manufacturing processes. The primary mission is to ensure maximum efficiency and quality in operations. Tasks include supervising paper finishing processes such as gluing, watermarking, embossing, or rewinding. It is essential to maintain high standards throughout the entire production cycle to contribute to the overall productivity of the plant in Pobla de Claramunt. The ability to analyze technical information and apply it to optimize workflows is highly valued. Responsibility, strong communication skills, and initiative in solving problems within the manufacturing environment are important qualities for this position. Compulsory Secondary Education. A Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Paper Industries, Graphic Arts, or related fields is desirable. Prior experience in paper industry environments (gluing, watermarking, embossing, or rewinding) is highly valued. Forklift operator license. Analytical ability, initiative, responsibility, and communication skills.
