The main responsibilities include: \- Carry out preventive maintenance according to the quality manual. Complete the corresponding form. \- Follow corrective maintenance procedures as outlined in the quality manual. \- Repair and/or supervise breakdowns. Verify that issues have been resolved. \- Implement the legionella prevention process. Complete the relevant records. \- Ensure facilities comply with current regulations. \- Maintain and preserve hotel facilities and furniture in perfect condition. \- Assess facility conditions and report findings to the hotel manager and maintenance supervisor. ### **Requirements** \- Experience in a similar role. \- Technical education \+ Installer certifications. \- Technical knowledge (electricity, gas, water, etc.). \- Commitment, rigor, and dedication. \- A lifeguard certification will be considered a positive asset. ### **Offer** \- 20-hour-per-week contract. \- Competitive salary. \- Genuine opportunities for professional growth within the hotel chain.
