**Description:** ---------------- **ABBA Hotels is looking for a Maintenance Manager for the Abba Balmoral** Are you passionate about facility maintenance? We want you on our team! Main responsibilities: * Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, HVAC, carpentry * IT skills: knowledge of systems, communication racks, routers, Wi-Fi access * Proficiency in software such as Excel, Word, BMS, hotel management and scheduling systems * Budget and cost management * Future planning * Planning of departmental tasks and schedules * Hiring, training, leading, and supervising the performance of the team under your supervision * Planning and performing preventive maintenance according to the quality manual * Completing the corresponding form for this purpose * Following corrective maintenance procedures * Early detection of risks * Repairing and supervising breakdowns; verifying that breakdowns are fully resolved * Responsibility for the legionella prevention process, including its implementation * Completing the relevant records * Ensuring that facilities comply with current regulations * Responsibility for directing the emergency plan * Maintaining and preserving hotel facilities and furniture in perfect condition * Diagnosing the condition of facilities and reporting to the hotel manager * Promoting and implementing energy-saving and efficiency measures * Inventory and spare parts control, subject to management approval We offer: * Immediate incorporation * Permanent contract (with probationary period) * Full-time position. Two weekends off per month * Working hours: 8:00–16:00 and 10:00–18:00 (Saturdays and Sundays: 09:00–17:00) * Two people in the department: manager (position to be filled) and assistant. They alternate throughout the year to ensure continuous coverage at the hotel * A dynamic and professional work environment within a renowned hotel chain * Remuneration according to collective agreement **Requirements:** --------------- * Experience: Minimum 5 years in a hotel (verified and proven) * Technical education + installer licenses * Technical knowledge (electricity, gas, water, etc.) * Commitment to respond promptly to emergencies such as leaks, breakdowns, or urgent issues outside working hours by traveling to the hotel to resolve them * Rigor and dedication.
