**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Escofet by Molins** transforms cities and enhances the use of public space through the design and industrialization of urban elements and architectural concrete. Although deeply rooted in Barcelona, we project our Mediterranean identity internationally—across avenues, parks, streets, and squares worldwide.
We contribute to comprehensive urban design projects, creating urban landscapes through our business lines: **Urban Life** (urban elements), **Lighting** (public lighting), **Walking** (paving), and **Building** (architectural concrete).
The selected candidate will be responsible for typical warehouse tasks—including inventory control, material receipt, preparation and packaging of components for shipment, logistical support, etc.—under the supervision of the
Warehouse Manager or, as applicable, the Procurement Manager, and in accordance with established rules and procedures.
**WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?**
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Receiving material orders at the warehouse and monitoring stock levels.
* Quality control of incoming goods.
* Supplying raw materials, semi-finished products, and necessary PPE to ensure continuity of the production process.
* Preparing multi-material components and dispatching them to logistics for loading and shipment.
* Performing transportation and loading operations in the shipping section.
* Conducting unloading and transport operations in the goods reception area.
* Recording inventory movements and performing warehouse stocktaking.
* Carrying out administrative and IT-related warehouse processes: reviewing and entering delivery notes, handling internal orders, picking lists.
* Maintaining the warehouse to ensure the good condition of stored materials and prevent degradation or corrosion.
* Supervising and ensuring proper operation of assigned machinery and tools.
* Identifying quality deficiencies in raw or semi-finished materials used in part of the production process and verifying the quality of received products.
* Ensuring compliance—and collaborating with superiors on compliance—with Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental regulations.

We seek a candidate meeting the following requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
* Qualifications: Other certifications and licenses, Compulsory Secondary Education, Other non-regulated courses and training, Intermediate-level Vocational Training, Higher-level Vocational Training.
* Competencies: Space organization and optimization; teamwork; commitment to the organization; communication; people orientation; service to production and logistics; results orientation; achievement orientation.
* Advanced level of Spanish.
* Availability to work rotating and mid-shift schedules.
