As a kitchen assistant, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of collective catering, applying culinary knowledge and assisting in food preparation and production. You must comply with food safety and hygiene regulations and maintain a pleasant and productive work environment. **Main responsibilities include:** * Properly arranging tools, utensils, and work materials. * Organizing refrigerators and cabinets. * Cleaning all utensils used in meal preparation (pots, trays, saucepans, ladles, skimmers, knives, etc.). * Preparing raw ingredients (potatoes, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, onions, garlic, eggs, etc.). * Preparing stocks, salads, sauces, and participating in inventory management. * Assisting the chef during service. * Cleaning and organizing your workstation and collaborating in the general kitchen cleanup. **We offer:** * **Working hours: 35 hours per week.** * Workplace: Martorell. * **Schedule: Intensive — mornings.** * **Contract type: Temporary replacement.** * Salary according to collective agreement. * Immediate incorporation into a leading collective catering company with national presence and part of a highly relevant international group.
