As a Kitchen Assistant, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of collective catering, apply your culinary knowledge, and assist in meal preparation and production. You must comply with food safety and hygiene regulations and maintain a pleasant and productive working environment. **Main responsibilities include:** * Properly arranging tools, utensils, and work materials. * Organizing refrigerators and cabinets. * Cleaning all utensils used in meal preparation (pots, trays, saucepans, ladles, skimmers, knives, etc.). * Preparing raw ingredients (potatoes, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, onions, garlic, eggs, etc.). * Preparing stocks, salads, sauces, and participating in inventory management. * Assisting the chef during service. * Cleaning and organizing your workstation and helping with general kitchen tidying. **We offer:** * **Working hours: 35 hours per week.** * Workplace: Martorell. * **Schedule: Intensive – mornings.** * **Contract type: Temporary replacement.** * Salary according to collective agreement. * Immediate incorporation into a leading collective catering company with national presence and part of a highly relevant international group.
