Collaboration in residents' well-being We aim to incorporate a Cook committed to active aging, inclusion, and the quality of life of our residents. Our residence is located near the metro station (L3\) Lesseps. The position is to cover vacation leave during the second half of April (Schedule: short week/long week) \- Daily preparation of menus tailored to the nutritional needs of older adults. \- Preparation of special diets (pureed, low-sodium, diabetic, etc.) as prescribed. \- Quality control, food storage, and proper food handling (HACCP). \- Organization and cleaning of the kitchen, utensils, and work areas. \- Receiving, inspecting, and storing raw materials. \- Weekly menu planning in coordination with the team (dietitian/nursing). \- Supervision of food expiration dates and correct food labeling. \- Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. \- Collaboration with the center's team to ensure residents' well-being. * Experience: 1 year. Prior experience in a similar position is required. * MEDIUM-LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Cooking * Temporary employment contract (1 month) * Full-time schedule * Additional relevant information: Coverage of vacation leave.
