Freedom to propose and lead ambitious AI projects Description **AI Manager** **Independent creative agency · Barcelona** One of our clients — a leading independent creative agency in the Spanish market with over a decade of experience and top-tier clients in consumer goods, retail, and entertainment — is seeking to hire its first AI Manager on a permanent basis. This is not a support or experimental position. It is the agency’s first strategic technical investment in AI, with direct access to senior leadership and real decision-making power over how technology is deployed across the entire organization. **The Challenge** You will be the person responsible for deciding how AI is integrated into the agency’s operations. You will design systems, select tools and models, make architectural decisions, and ensure the entire team understands and adopts them. In the short term, concrete projects are already underway: structuring the agency’s internal knowledge base to implement a RAG system, building an internal chatbot accessible to all team members, managing AI licenses and tools, and designing necessary training programs to ensure genuine adoption. In the medium and long term, you will have the freedom to propose and lead more ambitious projects. Initiative is genuinely welcomed here. **Conditions** * Direct and permanent incorporation into the client’s team. * Salary: approximately €60,000 – €80,000 gross per year. * Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the Barcelona (Gràcia) office and up to 2 days remote. * Real flexibility: remote work in August, intensive working hours in July and September, remote work during Christmas and Easter holidays. * Profit-sharing plan starting from the second year. * Flexible compensation and access to Wellhub. Basic Requirements **The Profile** We seek a candidate with a technical career spanning two phases: a solid foundation in software or data, followed by progression into AI with hands-on technical experience in that domain. And you must not have stopped there — you must possess a holistic understanding of how AI can transform an organization. This is a multi-dimensional role encompassing system architecture, technical execution, data management and structuring, tool management, team training, and strategic vision. While expertise in all areas is not expected, foundational knowledge or experience in each is required.
