Job Summary: The GenAI Expert role is responsible for leading the design, development, and industrialization of generative artificial intelligence capabilities within the organization, acting as the bridge between business, architecture, and engineering. The GenAI Expert role is responsible for leading the design, development, and industrialization of generative artificial intelligence capabilities within the organization. This profile combines strong technical expertise with strategic vision and execution capability, acting as the bridge between business, architecture, and engineering to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable GenAI adoption. They will serve as the technical reference for the use of generative models (LLMs and multimodal models), defining reference architectures, integration standards, and best practices for their use in enterprise environments. They will actively participate in designing advanced solutions such as virtual assistants, autonomous agents, and RAG-based systems, ensuring alignment with business needs. Additionally, they will lead the evolution of GenAI integration platforms (e.g., GenAI Gateway), enabling controlled model consumption through security, observability, and governance patterns. They will play a key role in technology evaluation, proof-of-concept validation, and production deployment. The GenAI Expert will also drive responsible AI usage by establishing control mechanisms, evaluation frameworks, and regulatory compliance processes. As a technical leader, they will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, promote standards, accelerate GenAI adoption, and contribute to value generation through innovation. Key Responsibilities 1\. GenAI Solution Design and Development Design and develop LLM-based applications (agents, assistants, RAG systems). Build APIs, microservices, and inference pipelines integrated with enterprise systems. Apply techniques such as prompt engineering, model evaluation, and response optimization. 2\. GenAI Architecture and Platform Define scalable and secure architectures for GenAI solutions. Design and evolve GenAI Gateway–type platforms for model consumption management. Establish patterns for MCP and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) architectures, ensuring interoperability among agents and services. 3\. Integration and Technology Ecosystem Integrate models from providers such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI. Implement gateways and integration solutions (Kong, NGINX, Apigee, etc.). Ensure integration with IAM, networks, observability, and CI/CD. 4\. Evaluation, Security, and Governance Define quality, cost, and performance metrics for generative models. Implement security, privacy, and responsible AI usage controls. Establish governance frameworks for model consumption and monitoring. 5\. Industrialization and Delivery Lead solution deployment into production environments. Automate infrastructure using IaC and DevSecOps practices. Develop reusable components and accelerate adoption. 6\. Technical Leadership and Innovation Act as a technical reference and mentor for multidisciplinary teams. Define technical roadmaps and promote best practices. Evaluate emerging technologies and identify innovation opportunities. Requirements Technical Experience +5 years in software development, architecture, or AI/ML solutions. Experience developing with LLMs and GenAI (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex AI). Knowledge of RAG, agents, prompt engineering, and model evaluation. Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices. Proficiency in Python (Go or Node.js preferred). Experience with API Gateways (Kong, NGINX, Apigee) and system integration. Knowledge of CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Experience in security (IAM, authentication, authorization). GenAI Knowledge Multi-LLM architectures and provider-agnostic design. MCP and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) architectures. LLMOps / MLOps and model observability. AI security, guardrails, and responsible AI usage. Desirable Skills Experience leading technical teams or initiatives. Cloud certifications. Experience in regulated environments. Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel). Personal Competencies Strategic thinking with execution orientation. Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Technical leadership and collaboration in complex environments. Languages English B2 or higher.
