Main responsibilities include preparing orders by selecting and collecting materials and products according to received instructions, as well as organizing and locating merchandise to maintain order and ensure easy accessibility. This role operates in a dynamic environment where precision and attention to detail are essential to meet sector deadlines and quality standards. The working schedule includes rotating shifts to cover warehouse activities throughout the day, adapting to production requirements. No advanced technical training is required; however, practical warehouse experience and basic goods handling skills are necessary. The ability to work effectively in a team, adapt to changing shifts, and demonstrate responsibility when handling materials is highly valued. This is a temporary position offering a stable work environment for professional development within logistics, featuring clear processes and a cohesive team. A minimum of two years of verifiable warehouse work experience is required, preferably within the automotive sector or similar industries. Availability to work rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night hours from Monday to Friday is mandatory. The candidate must be able to regularly commute to Abrera, Barcelona province. Practical knowledge of order preparation, picking, and material placement, as well as the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and follow established procedures, will be considered advantageous.
