Job Summary: We are seeking a Gerocultor/a to assist and care for users in their daily activities, ensuring their physical and mental well-being while respecting their autonomy and privacy. Respecting users' autonomy and privacy We are looking for a Gerocultor/a to join our team at the Roda de Berà center to cover summer holidays. Main duties include: assisting and caring for users, accompanying them in daily activities they cannot perform autonomously (hygiene, feeding, postural changes, etc.), as well as providing personal care and care of their environment, ensuring their physical and mental well-being while respecting their autonomy and privacy. * From July 1 to August 17: Weekly working hours of 32.5. * From August 18 to September 8: Weekly working hours of 17.5. Work Location: On-site employment
