Reporting to the Head of Communications and External Relations, the Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for Faro Santander’s community engagement across digital channels, through the creation of relevant content and conversations. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: Faro Website Management * Creation and maintenance of content. * Coordination with various Faro Santander departments (exhibitions, programs, shop, news, etc.). * Hiring and coordination of design and development agencies. * Forms and database management. Faro Social Media Management * Designing strategy and content plans tailored to diverse audiences. * Designing and producing materials in collaboration with agencies. * Multichannel presence: IG, TikTok, X, LinkedIn. * Community management—customer service, fostering engagement. * Identifying and coordinating with collaborators. Community Communications Management * Newsletters. * Email campaigns. * SMS.
