Position Summary: We are seeking a Physician for Vítaly’s Occupational Health Surveillance team, promoting workers’ well-being and health with empathy and proactivity. Key Highlights: 1. Being the human face of health and promoting well-being. 2. Actively listening and advocating for well-being. 3. Autonomy in managing your schedule and mobility for health-related activities. At Vítaly, we believe work can (and should) be a source of well-being. We live our vocation as architects of healthier, safer, and more human workplaces. With over 25 years in the sector and a nationwide leading infrastructure, our true scale is measured by impact: contributing to people’s well-being. We seek to welcome a Physician to our Occupational Health Surveillance team who shares this mission and wishes to become the approachable face of our purpose at our TOLEDO office. Your goal will be to become the trusted pillar for workers’ health—promoting healthy habits and proactively identifying any needs. What will your day-to-day look like? * Being the human face of health: You will conduct health examinations (at our centers or mobile units). * Actively listening: You will be the trusted person employees turn to for clarifying doubts; your empathy and listening skills will make all the difference. * Advocating for well-being: You will advise, educate, and inspire individuals to adopt healthier lifestyles. * Moving with purpose: You will have autonomy to manage your schedule and actively travel across our centers and clients’ facilities. * Using technology with heart: You will record information in our digital systems to ensure high-quality, personalized follow-up. Requirements This role is for you if... * Your vocation is your compass: You hold, of course, a Medical Degree. But most importantly, you possess an innate passion for caring for people. * You are genuinely "people-first": You know how to create a safe and trusting space within minutes. Your empathy and active listening are your greatest tools. * You are proactive and solution-oriented: You organize autonomously, manage your time effectively, and adapt to an environment that changes daily. * You embrace mobility: Driving to deliver health services where needed does not intimidate you. (Hence, a valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory.) * You are a team player: You will collaborate with other healthcare and technical professionals to provide integrated solutions. What We Offer What do we offer in return? At Vítaly, we care for our team so they can care for our clients. * A temporary substitution contract (IT), with a sector-leading company. * A competitive salary commensurate with your expertise and responsibilities. * Comprehensive social benefits and a work environment where we truly care about one another. * The opportunity to go to work every day knowing you are improving people’s health and lives. Do you identify with our mission?
