Position Summary: We are seeking a geriatric care assistant to support users in daily activities, monitor their condition continuously, and promote their autonomy and safety. Key Points: 1. Recognized qualification and relevant experience We are looking for staff to work as a geriatric care assistant in Carreño, Asturias. Main responsibilities include assisting users with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, medication administration, toilet use, and mobility. Continuous monitoring of users' condition is also carried out, along with promoting their autonomy and safety. A recognized qualification is required—either the Professional Certificate in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Institutions or the Technical Diploma in Nursing Auxiliary Care. Additionally, six months of prior experience in this field is preferred. This is a temporary full-time position with night shifts from 21:30 to 07:30, following a two-days-on/two-days-off schedule. The salary complies with the State Framework Agreement for Dependency Care Services and Promotion of Personal Autonomy.
