Job Summary: We are seeking first- or second-class skilled boilermakers to join a heavy platework workshop, performing high-value tasks, interpreting blueprints, and fabricating metal structures. Would you like to join an industrial company where your experience is truly valued?** At **ySondos**, we are seeking **2\-3 Boilermakers (First-Class Skilled Workers; Second-Class Skilled Workers with relevant experience will also be considered)** to join a heavy platework workshop located either at the **PEPA** industrial park or at the **Silvota** industrial estate. ##### **What We Offer:** * Initial contract of **3 \+ 3 months via an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency).** * Subsequent transition to the company’s permanent staff under an **INDEFINITE CONTRACT.** * Professional classification and **terms and conditions evaluated** according to your experience. * Opportunity to join a serious and well-established company within the industrial sector. * Three-shift work schedule (Mon\-Fri), with possibility of overtime. ##### **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Performing high-value heavy platework tasks. * Interpreting blueprints and fabricating equipment/metal structures. * Using tools specific to the role in the workshop. * Working in accordance with the company’s quality and safety standards. ##### **What We Expect From You:** * Minimum **5 years’ experience** in heavy platework as a First-Class Skilled Worker (Second-Class Skilled Workers with heavy platework experience will also be considered). * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), as well as Saturdays when production demands it. * Personal vehicle to commute to the workplace. * Commitment, responsibility, and enthusiasm to become part of a sustainable project. **Our company promotes equal opportunities, values diversity within our team, and fosters an accessible working environment.
