Job Summary: We are seeking staff to provide care, assistance, and direct support to elderly residents in a residential facility, helping with daily routines and room maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct care and assistance to elderly people in residential settings. 2. Active collaboration in maintaining and organizing rooms. 3. Indefinite-term full-time contract. We are looking for personnel to perform caregiving, assistance, and direct support tasks for elderly individuals—both independent and dependent—within a residential facility in Oviedo. Daily duties include assisting residents with their routines, making beds, collecting laundry, and actively collaborating in maintaining and organizing rooms to ensure their well-being. For this position, candidates must hold either the qualification of Nursing Auxiliary Technician or the qualification of Technician in Care for Dependent Persons. Prior experience in similar roles will be considered favorably. This is an indefinite-term full-time contract. Salary conditions will comply with the current collective agreement applicable to private residential facilities for the elderly and home care services.
