Telephone data collection for the Active Population Survey. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 5 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities related to agriculture, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 5 telephone interviewers for data collection in Madrid. **Workplace** -------------------- * Madrid Office of Tragsatec **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Telephone data collection for the Active Population Survey. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold an official Spanish vocational training qualification (FPGB, FPI, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS), or an equivalent qualification recognized in Spain (or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or possess knowledge appropriate to the assigned duties. ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum of 6 months’ professional experience as a telephone operator. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at user level (to be assessed during the technical interview). **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * Professional experience of 6 months to 4 years as a telephone interviewer conducting surveys other than the Active Population Survey (EPA) or the Resident Tourism Survey (ETR). * Professional experience of 6 months to 4 years as an interviewer conducting telephone data collection for the Active Population Survey (EPA). * Professional experience of 6 months to 4 years as an interviewer conducting telephone data collection for the Resident Tourism Survey (ETR). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (to be assessed during the technical interview). **Observations** ----------------- * OFFERED: + Fixed-term contract estimated to last 7.5 months. + Part-time schedule of 32.5 hours per week. + Afternoon shift from 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM (Peninsular time).
