Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for Espazo Nature Retreat to ensure the proper functioning of facilities and contribute to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities. 2. General supervision of guest rooms, common areas, and technical installations. 3. Execution of basic repairs in electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning. At **Espazo Nature Retreat**, a sustainable, wellness-focused, and guest-experience-driven hotel project, we seek to hire a **Maintenance Technician** who ensures the proper operation of hotel facilities and contributes to maintaining the property’s quality standards. Main Responsibilities: * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on hotel facilities. * Supervise the general condition of **guest rooms, common areas, technical installations, and outdoor areas**. * Carry out basic repairs in **electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning**. * Coordinate, when necessary, with **external suppliers or specialized technical services**. * Ensure compliance with **facility maintenance protocols**. * Collaborate with various hotel departments to resolve operational incidents. * Support the **management and control of maintenance materials and tools**. We seek a **solution-oriented, organized, and detail-focused individual**, capable of anticipating issues and keeping facilities in optimal condition. Requirements: * Prior experience in **maintenance of hotels, buildings, or tourist facilities**. * Basic knowledge of **electricity, plumbing, and minor repairs**. * Ability to work autonomously and manage incidents. * **Availability to perform maintenance on-call duties during weekends**, as required by hotel operational needs. * Responsible, proactive, and service-minded individual. * Technical training in maintenance, installations, or related fields is desirable. Conditions: * Salary negotiable. * Full-time position.
