




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Administrator to manage orders, inventory control, and transportation. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end order, inventory, and transportation management using SAP. 2. Part-time morning shifts, Monday to Friday. 3. Prior experience in administrative logistics tasks is valued. We are looking for a candidate to perform administrative duties within the logistics department in Sallent. Main responsibilities will include full order management, with detailed tracking to ensure smooth execution. The candidate will also be responsible for inventory control, ensuring accurate records of goods. Transportation management—including preparation of all necessary shipping documentation—will be another core component of the role. Proficiency in SAP software for various operations, as well as other duties inherent to the position, will be required. Working hours will be part-time, totaling 25 hours per week. The schedule is set from Monday to Friday, morning shift, specifically between 08:00 and 13:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 3 years of experience in identical or similar roles. * We seek a proactive, responsible, and organized individual. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. Fluency in both Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written. GM in Administrative Management.
