Job Summary: We are seeking a Hotel Receptionist to manage reservations, billing, customer service, and incident handling, with experience in the tourism sector. Key Points: 1. Reservation management and customer service. 2. Tourism or hospitality training is valued. 3. Communication development and teamwork. RESPONSIBILITIES: check\-in and check\-out. Reservation management, billing, collections, incident handling, and customer service. REQUIREMENTS: Receptionist experience in the tourism sector. Training in tourism, hospitality, or related fields. Advanced Catalan and Spanish. Upper-intermediate English. Additional languages are a plus. Hotel management software (PMS). Communication, negotiation, teamwork, responsibility, and customer orientation. SCHEDULE: Full-time. SHIFT TIMES: 7:30am\-3:30pm / 3:30pm\-11:30pm / 11:30pm\-7:30am (ROTATING).
