RESPONSIBILITIES: - Public Procurement and Contract Management: - \-Monitoring procurement platforms to identify opportunities aligned with the company’s strategy - \-Preparation of administrative envelopes: tax certificates, insurance policies, etc. - \-Electronic submission: sending bids via various platforms - Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) Platform Management: - \-Coordination of Business Activities (CAE): document management on client platforms - \-Maintenance of company documentation: updating TC2 forms, personal protective equipment (PPE) certificates, medical fitness certificates, and staff training records - \-Subcontractor management: verifying subcontractor documentation to ensure eligibility for site access - Project Management Support: - \-File opening: administrative registration of new projects in the system - \-Document control for construction works: archiving contracts, final work certifications, etc. Publication Date 19/03/2026 Requirements Qualification Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration and Finance or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Requirements Mandatory - Administrative experience - Advanced office software proficiency Other Requirements PREFERRED - Experience using digital certificates and procurement platforms is desirable - Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) - Residence in the Osona region or adjacent areas Submit CV
