




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant for the transportation sector, responsible for warehouse management, logistics coordination, customer service assurance, and administrative and documentary support. Essential administrative and documentary support within the department. We are looking for a person to fill an administrative position in a company operating in the transportation sector. Main responsibilities include warehouse and inventory management, ensuring stock levels are always up to date. You will also be responsible for coordinating logistics and cargo transportation, constantly seeking the most efficient way to organize shipments. Additionally, you will maintain smooth communication with customers to ensure high-quality service and resolve any queries or incidents that may arise. You will manage the data system, timely recording goods receipt, and provide support for various administrative and documentary tasks within the transportation department, among other duties inherent to the role. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with legally mandated rest periods. * Relevant experience is valued. * We seek a candidate with a positive attitude. * Residence near the workplace is valued. Fluent spoken and written Spanish and Catalan. * Vocational Training Degree in Administration and Finance.
