Salary According to collective agreement Contract Type Temporary \- future project Contract Duration Temporary Job Responsibilities: Manage inventory of auxiliary materials, ensuring accurate control and timely updates. Review requirements for auxiliary materials in coordination with relevant departments. Place purchase orders for auxiliary materials and track their fulfillment. Supplier management and communication. Support and service to Production, Procurement, and Commercial departments. Monitor and follow up on incidents related to supplies. Collaborate in continuous improvement of administrative processes within the department. Publication Date 04/03/2026 Requirements Qualifications Training in CGFM and/or CFGS in Administration Preferred Requirements and Skills: Prior experience in administrative tasks. Intermediate knowledge of Excel. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Negotiation and communication skills. Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
