Friday: intensive schedule until 3:00 PM. Salary According to collective agreement Contract Type Temporary Contract Duration Temporary Mission Statement: Provide specialized technical support in labor matters, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation and efficient management of labor relations. Main Functions and Responsibilities: - Administrative management of employment contracts, extensions, modifications, and terminations. - Preparation and monitoring of payroll and social security contributions - Processing of registrations, cancellations, and changes with Social Security. - Management of temporary disabilities, leaves of absence, sabbaticals, and other labor-related situations. - Labor advisory services for managers and employees. - Implementation and monitoring of collective bargaining agreements. Publication Date 09/01/2026 Requirements Qualification Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or equivalent. Preferred Experience with the SAGE software system. Requirements: - Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or equivalent. - Proficiency in office software and labor management systems. - Organizational skills, rigor, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
