




Job Summary: Administrative professional to manage orders, incidents, inventory, and documentation for a food industry company. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are seeking an administrative professional for tasks in Sant Joan les Fonts, specifically for a food industry company located in the Garrotxa region. The selected candidate will assume various key responsibilities essential to the smooth operation of the department. Main duties include efficient order management and processing, as well as incident resolution and follow-up. The candidate will also be responsible for warehouse and inventory control and management, ensuring accuracy and order. Additionally, the candidate will handle and organize all administrative documentation, including classification and maintenance of both physical and digital archives. Other administrative tasks inherent to the position will also be performed. Full-time schedule: 8 working hours per week, Monday through Friday, morning shift between 08:00 and 17:00, with applicable legal breaks. * Prior experience performing tasks similar to those described. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable. * We seek a responsible individual with administrative knowledge. . * GM/GS in Administration and/or Finance.\- Advanced computer skills.
