We are seeking a **Social Educator** for the **Elderly Residence in Ribes de Freser.** The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Facilitating residents’ connection with the institution, their environment, and social life. * Designing and implementing recreational, creative, and relational activity programs tailored to the abilities and preferences of older adults. * Promoting the participation of service users in sociocultural activities. * Motivating residents and fostering enthusiasm, thereby supporting the continuity of each resident’s life project. * Encouraging decision-making and self-management, prioritizing personal identity based on the ACP Model. * Involving family members in the center’s dynamics. * Collaborating coordinately with the interdisciplinary team to define, develop, and adapt activities and necessary materials for implementing the center’s socio-educational program. * Ensuring coordination among health, social, and other sectors. **Offered:** A collaborative and enriching work environment, along with opportunities for professional development. * **Working hours:** Part-time, 10 hours per week * **Schedule:** Afternoons from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM * **Contract:** Permanent (immediate incorporation) * **Salary:** €5,401 gross annual salary × 14 payments **SUMAR Benefits:** * Physical and emotional support provided by the company * Benefits and discount system **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education. **Experience:** Prior experience in social intervention with older adults, grounded in the ACP Model. **Competency Profile:** Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and manage activation projects.
