Permanent position, effective as of 29/07/2026 Job Description An industrial company located in Garrotxa seeks to hire an Industrialization Engineer to participate in defining and launching new production processes related to high-volume assembly lines. The selected candidate will play a key role in improving manufacturing systems, integrating new equipment and technologies, and developing solutions that enhance plant productivity, quality, and efficiency. Main Responsibilities: * Develop and improve industrial assembly processes. * Participate in the implementation of new products, equipment, and production lines. * Size resources, automation systems, and tools required for each project. * Prepare technical specifications and coordinate with machinery and engineering suppliers. * Analyze process incidents, risks, and deviations, proposing corrective actions. * Promote continuous improvement projects, standardization, and cost optimization. * Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchasing, and R&D departments. Requirements * Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or similar field. * Valued: - PLC knowledge. + Experience in high-volume production environments and professional-level English proficiency are also valued. * Requirements: - Prior experience in process engineering, industrialization, automation, or industrial assembly. + Knowledge of CAD, automated processes, PLCs, and Lean Manufacturing. + Ability to manage projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and make technical decisions.
