Support for external sales team * Permanent contract * Full-time * 28823, Coslada, Madrid, Spain LA ESPECIALISTA Distributor of construction systems and interior finishing materials is a distributor specializing in gypsum board systems for partitions, drywall linings, and continuous ceilings; thermal, acoustic, and industrial insulation; mineral fiber suspended ceilings, metal ceilings, wooden ceilings, acoustic islands and baffles, wood chipboard ceilings, ceiling framing and accessories; passive fire protection systems; ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems) and facade cladding systems; hardware and tools for specialist installers. Reporting to the Commercial Delegate of the branch, responsibilities include: * Providing customer service and technical advice via telephone, email, and/or in-person at the point of sale regarding technical inquiries (pricing, complaints, incidents) and processing immediate purchase orders. * Managing orders for special or out-of-stock materials in coordination with the Purchasing Department and Warehouse & Logistics Manager. * Assisting in preparing quotations. * Proactive prospecting and outreach to generate new business opportunities with active customers in the database. * Supporting and coordinating with the branch’s Warehouse & Logistics Manager and other Isolana branches regarding transportation management (loading, pickup and delivery schedules, freight verification and management, etc.). * Supporting the external sales team. Minimum Requirements: * Relevant education related to the position is valued. * Proven experience and knowledge in selling construction materials (gypsum board, insulation, roofing, facades, etc.) is essential. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP sales, warehouse, and logistics modules is valued. * Availability to work split shifts Monday through Friday.
