




Job Summary: An individual to provide administrative support in exports, managing shipments, documentation, and communication with counterparts, ensuring quality standards and deadlines. Active communication with international counterparts We are seeking a person to perform administrative support tasks in the export area. Main responsibilities will include proper management of finished product shipments, ensuring compliance with quality standards, agreed quantities, forecasted costs, and deadlines established with each client. Job functions also include preparing all necessary documentation for export operations, communicating via email with various counterparts, managing bookings (\*bookings\*), and other activities related to the department’s daily operations. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with a weekly workload of 40 hours. The schedule will be distributed from Monday to Friday on a split shift, typically between 08:00 and 17:00 hours, including corresponding statutory breaks. The workplace location is Vall de Bianya, La Garrotxa. * Experience in export departments. * We seek an organized, methodical, and responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Fluent spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. Very high English proficiency. * Higher Technician in Transport and Logistics. \- GS Administration and Finance.
