At AluPak Iberia S.L., a company specializing in developing aluminum single-dose packaging solutions, located in Vic, we are looking to hire a Logistics Administrator. Job Mission Ensure the correct availability of finished products at the required location, time, and quality, guaranteeing efficient and coordinated logistics management with all involved parties. Main Responsibilities - Preparation and management of logistics documentation: delivery notes, records, and updates in ERP/CRM (Navision Business Central). - Daily coordination with warehouse regarding goods receipt and dispatch, order preparation, and priority management. - Management of procurement and sales transportation: planning, contracting, and tracking. - Continuous communication with suppliers, carriers, customs agents, and internal departments. - Requesting, comparing, and negotiating quotations with carriers (cost, lead times, and service level). - Coordination of imports and exports, as well as associated documentation management. - Management of logistics incidents (delays, damages, errors) and follow-up on claims until resolution. Publication Date 04/03/2026 Requirements Qualifications Preferred Valuable experience with ERP/CRM systems (Navision Business Central or others). Organized, methodical profile with strong planning skills. Proactive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and grow within the company. Requirements 1 year of experience in a similar role (logistics administration, supply chain, or industrial environment).
