This means Dutch nationals living in Spain also have the opportunity to work remotely for us. **A DAY IN THE (HOME) OFFICE** As a Customer Support Consultant, your day begins by checking Freshdesk. You review incoming tickets and schedule those due for the next day. This way, you know exactly what you’ll be working on and which customers you’ll speak with. Additionally, you collect tickets containing issues you’re currently encountering. At 10 a.m., you join your daily one-hour meeting with Developers and Technical Consultants—you aim to leverage their expertise as effectively as possible so you can ultimately support customers outstandingly. After this call, you immediately apply the new information you’ve gained, expecting now to resolve the ticket. After lunch, at 1 p.m., you have an appointment with a customer to examine the issue. You observe the user’s environment together to determine how to resolve the problem. Prior to this meeting, you attempt to reproduce the issue and consult a Technical Consultant if needed, ensuring you enter the customer meeting fully prepared. Following this appointment, you have a 1:1 session with your Product Owner, reviewing your goals and assessing your progress. You also discuss your desired direction: do you wish to further develop technically, or focus more on functional aspects? Later in the afternoon, you have another appointment with a different customer. During this meeting, you will update the customer’s environment. The end of the day arrives, and you already begin preparing for tomorrow. Tomorrow morning, you’re scheduled for the biweekly phone duty—you prepare for calls you may receive from experienced application administrators. You ensure your schedule isn’t overloaded, as you must remain available to assist application administrators experiencing issues with our software—these issues must be resolved as quickly as possible! **SKILLS \& REQUIREMENTS** * Completed HBO/WO degree; * You already have some experience in an IT role and are ready for your next step; * Excellent communication skills to best support our customers; * Switching tasks quickly is no problem for you; * Strong command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written; * Strong command of the English language; * Resident in Spain and in possession of an NIE number. **WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?** We offer you the opportunity to work remotely from Spain for a Dutch organization where you’ll have room to grow.
