TECHNICAL INQUIRY TELEOPERATOR – AIR CONDITIONING

Job Summary: We are seeking teleoperators with experience in air conditioning to handle technical inquiries and customer service for Portugal, while also supporting the Spain team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling technical inquiries regarding air conditioning. 2. Customer service for Portugal and support to the Spain team. 3. Experience with office tools (Excel, SAP, Salesforce). GiGroup is looking for teleoperators with experience in the air conditioning sector for technical inquiries. You will handle technical inquiries regarding incidents in the air conditioning sector, as well as customer service tasks for Portugal, and also perform support functions for the Spain team (email management, SAP management, telephone support, etc.). * Minimum 6 months’ experience: experience as a teleoperator providing customer service in the air conditioning sector; experience handling incidents; experience using office tools (Excel, SAP, or Salesforce). * High School Diploma (Batxillerat). * Competencies / Knowledge: Experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration sector. * Temporary employment contract (3 months). * Full-time schedule. * Additional relevant information: Candidates must have experience as a customer service teleoperator in the air conditioning sector; availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00; native-level Portuguese (from Portugal).
