Customer payment control and calculation An administrative assistant is required to work in Aiguafreda from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Responsibilities include: \- Billing using the Vega management software. \- Proficiency in Excel. \- Extracting management data. \- Customer payment control and calculation. * Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate Level) * Competencies / Knowledge: Proficiency in the Office suite. Experience handling data will be valued. * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1500' to '1600'
