Responsibilities We require an Administrative Assistant for our HR department, whose responsibilities will include providing administrative and telephone support to address inquiries from both employees and managers regarding the attendance control system. Requirements * Experience in administrative tasks * Advanced office software skills * Experience in telephone support and incident resolution Desirable * SAP system knowledge Offer Immediate start Initial 6-month contract Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:15; Friday, 9:00–14:00 Intensive August schedule: 8:00–15:00 On-site cafeteria service included Annual gross salary: €21,950.85
