Would you like to work as a Project Coordinator for a leading company in Commercial Refrigeration? We are seeking to hire a Project Coordinator to monitor and coordinate on-site construction work, ensuring adherence to deadlines, proper execution of tasks, and compliance with safety measures. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities. * Monitor working hours of subcontracted personnel. * Review incoming and outgoing delivery notes (albaranes). * Attend site meetings together with the Regional Supervisor. * Track required materials for the installation. * Monitor project execution timelines. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety measures for workers. * Implement and monitor preventive safety measures on site. **Requirements** * Technical education related to installations, construction, maintenance, electricity, HVAC, or similar fields. * Prior experience in coordination, supervision, or monitoring of on-site construction work. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training of 60 hours for construction sites, certified by the Construction Industry Labor Foundation or other officially accredited training entities (20 hours in-person + 40 hours online). * Strong organizational, monitoring, and team/work coordination skills. * Willingness to travel as required by project needs. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in installations, maintenance, HVAC, or technical sectors. * Experience in large retail stores or supermarkets. * Experience collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers. * Knowledge of commercial refrigeration. **Why Join Epta** At Epta, we believe people are the driving force behind our success.
