At A SUMAR, we work to improve the well-being and quality of life of users of the social services and facilities we manage. We support the Catalan public sector in meeting new social challenges. Our intervention model promotes social innovation, continuous improvement, and ongoing training. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating socio-educational intervention projects aimed at promoting social inclusion, autonomy, and well-being of individuals or groups in situations of vulnerability or social risk. **Main responsibilities** * **Social diagnosis**: Assess individual, family, or community socio-educational needs of users. * **Work plans**: Design and implement the Individualized Socio-Educational Intervention Plan (PISI). * **Accompaniment and mentoring**: Provide direct follow-up of users, offering emotional support and life guidance. * **Workshops and activities**: Develop and facilitate workshops on social skills, habits of autonomy, and quality leisure activities. * **Socio-laboral integration**: Provide guidance on job searching, interview preparation, and continuing education. * **Family intervention**: Advise and support families to improve dynamics and coexistence. * **Community network**: Coordinate\-with social services, schools, health centers, and other local entities. * **Conflict resolution**: Intervene in crisis situations and mediate conflicts within the service. * **Document management**: Draft social reports, project records, and update user registries. **What do we offer?** * **Contract:** Permanent * **Working hours:** Part-time * **Schedule:** 7 hours **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Social Education **Experience:** Demonstrable experience in supporting persons with dependency conditions. **Competency profile:** We seek professionals with an approachable communication style, empathy and assertiveness, and ease working in teams.
