Your mission within the company will be to ensure compliance with the organization’s quality and environmental management system. Management System: · Review and update hotel and central office process procedures. · Review and update instructions derived from procedures. · Prepare and modify annual management record templates, meeting minutes, KPIs, waste logs, etc. · Update customer satisfaction records and communicate results to managers. · Record energy consumption (water, electricity, diesel, and LPG) and report to Management and Maintenance. · Plan laboratory analyses, supervise their execution, and liaise with external service providers. · Accompany hotels during external audits and health/water inspections, tracking non-conformities. · Implement and supervise self-control plans (swimming pools, legionella, and HACCP). · Conduct internal audits and verify procedures and records. · Evaluate applicable legal requirements and prepare the CSR report. Environment: · Monitor and track environmental measures before and after implementation. · Develop the environmental plan in collaboration with General Management and Operations Management, based on current status analysis.
