INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP is a renowned hotel chain in the Balearics undergoing active expansion. Your primary responsibility within the company will be to support the Head Chef in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes from the gastronomic menu, following guidelines set by the Head Chef and Sous Chef, according to the pre-agreed menu, while complying with established safety, hygiene, and environmental protection regulations.
