A minimum of 24 months' prior experience in similar positions is required, along with formal training as a Culinary and Gastronomy Technician. A valid Class B driving license is mandatory. Responsibilities include collaborating in preparing daily menus, menus for private clients, and tasting menus; food pre-preparation; and preparing representative dishes from regional cuisines. Duties also encompass participation in breakfast, lunch, and dinner service; order reception; maintaining kitchen cleanliness; and providing direct support to chefs. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, with a weekly workload of 40 hours. The gross monthly salary will be €1.381,34.
